Enterprise-Level Communication Tool
Conceptualized and designed the Colonial Life Digital Postcard, a customizable benefits communication tool built on the Flimp platform to streamline coordination between client managers and benefits counselors. Originally launched in 2018 and later modernized in 2020, the solution evolved to include both responsive and static layouts—enhancing accessibility and user experience across employer-specific campaigns.

The template enabled fast, branded deployments without technical lift, resulting in over 10,000 digital postcard communications and contributing to $10M+ in premium revenue in 2020 alone. Its effectiveness led to company-wide adoption and eventual expansion into the Unum enterprise model in 2021.

Student Welcome Packet Campaign – Print & Digital Orientation Experience
Led the end-to-end design and production of the annual move-in welcome packet for 1,500+ incoming students at the University of South Carolina. Each packet featured personalized information on on-campus housing, residential learning communities, and essential packing guidance—all designed to ease the transition into college life.

Beyond print, the campaign expanded into a coordinated social media rollout that helped reinforce the brand’s tone of warmth and belonging. I owned concept development, visual design, and production execution, ensuring consistency across channels and touch points.
